Hello, I am a new Galaxy user. Here are some issues I have faced:

Now, Brief has limited functionalities, and my Amazfit cannot sync with Samsung Health. My S Pen has a poor screen writing response sometimes.

I hope these are just software issues.

One UI 7
Update delayed due to one ui 7 incompatibility issue with most devices even after many test builds. So, samsung decided to only rollout one ui 7 for their flagship devices by the end of 2025. Until then more beta builds will be rollout for S24 series devices.
Pls be pt to experience awesomeness of one ui 7.
You'll experience that never experienced before.

Also, drawing with the S Pen at an angle or applying weak pressure may result in the pen not detecting your input due to insufficient pressure. Please be aware that strong magnetic forces from accessories that contain magnets can reduce the S Pen's pressure sensitivity, leading to performance issues. This concern applies to all devices currently equipped with S Pens.

Regarding your inquiry about the Amazfit watch, while we are here to assist you as much as possible, please note that support for third-party brands falls outside our designated support boundaries. we recommend reaching out to the Amazfit brand helpline to confirm the compatibility of your watch with the Samsung Health application features.
