Profile Card - Displaying Obsolete Name instead of my Profile Card

I recently bought Galaxy A56 last month and created a profile card with photo and actuals. I could see it reflect in samsung.com or in mobile and all across. 

But whenever I make a call to other Samsung Galaxy Users, they get some junk name which someone might have saved long back even before I have an account created. 

How could I change that crowd sourced name to my name profile card.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

This has got nothing to do with the log file or an error. It is more of sync of profile information.

What I have updated in the profile card is not rightly reflecting to the Samsung users default caller id

I guess old Samsung phones are using hiya. How to sync and update my profile from new module to hiya.
