I boutght s21 plus on 23.06.2021. It is noticed that the lift to wake function does not work properly. Out of 5 tries, it works once. My software is already updated.
Never expected such lacuna in samsung's flagship device attest. Really disappointing.
Check by removing back cover/case If issue solve. Its maybe issue with back cover/case. Purchase a good one in which grip sensor works. Like soft silicone case. Hard plastic case wont work properly becoz its hard
This feature works like this" lift phone and turn screen towards you and see screen".
For people who dont know where this feature is available, Can turn on or off this motion sensor from Settings> advanced features> motions and gestures> lift to wake If its not available there, then it means your phone doesnt have grip sensor
