My entire life I saw my parents purchase products from Samsung like television, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine. Microwave, soundbars and many more products even in my family we have 5 mobiles all are from Samsung. I had Samsung A50 that used for 5 years and best mobile ever but recently I decided to purchase new mobile with new features. So I purchased Samsung S23 FE. It's been only 3 months and I am fed up of this handset. It's like my worst mistake. It's good to use and terribly experience that i am having. I am working professional living far from my family. After the day ends I want to socialise or connect to my family but Samsung isn't allowing me. This handset is giving me networks issue all the time I am unable to access internet and make calls and if someone calls me it out of network. This handset run on E bar internet when the entire world is using 5g. That's not the worst part, I thought it's a new phone and it must be some manufacturing default so I want to Samsung store. They told me to leave my phone for a day. I did the same and explained them the issue that I am facing related to network and overheating too. When I went to pick up my phone they made the lamest excuse ever. They said that Samsung launched these 5g mobile and companies are still doing 5g network test and everyone is facing 5g network issue also he said to use my handset in 4g mode instead of 5g for better working and all the issues are resolved. It was unbelievable I have a friends using same handset or other from different brands if there 5g is working perfectly fine then why not mine. I called customer care support and told them everything and request that there might be some manufacturing default so if you can replace as service center wasn't much helpful. They said we can't do anything you need to go to service center and I was like for what? I am so much irritated now. I paid 40k for a handset that i can't even used for what. And seriously Samsung lost my trust.

Samsung has degraded with time dont buy samsung products again they are selling products at higher costs but dont maintain quality. My s22 got greenline on screen after warranty has expired

I have used S22 plus. The best quality device in my life i saw. Best battery backup, best camera, best build quality.. now i am in S24 series. Which is the best too. Yes green lines issue is a big problem but it is not only coming in samsung. Its a major issue of all company phones.

As oneplus acknowledged their mistake and offered one time screen replacement for their fault but samsung is denying and saying its user fault. I wont buy any samsung product in my life again 🙏

Samsung S series phones are best but FE series is compromised and having issues specially S23 fe. No matter company is samsung, apple or any other. always buy products after watching reviews. 🙏

Nope. I own an S23 FE too...its been 4 months now on 18th Oct and I am loving this device. Network and connectivity are subjective to external factors also. Do not generalize any device or brand based on particulat experience. The service how ever can be bad but device is cool af. Its my 1st samsung device and Im gonna buy ultra too...soon 😊

My friend have S23fe. Lots of heating issue and battery backup not good
