I've been using this phone for a year and my warranty is over...recently updated the software and got the green line on the screen...my phone doesn't have any sort of damage as it's very important item for me...I'm hearing people talking about expensive screen replacement for phone for hardware issues which costs over 14k to 19k , which isn't from the customers side...I'm helpless what should I do? I need to repair my phone and I am responsible for the hardware issue to my utmost sincerity ( because I've heard customer care blaming it on user and asking too much fee for it ) I'm confused right now and the company needs to understand that because of hardware issues people can't spent huge amount money on replacement for the mistake they never did
It's highly concerning and I hope they give atleast a valid discount for the screen replacement if it's the only way to solve the issue

this is not fair its like samsung fooling people you that thaught by nokia - nokia connecting people, i dont know about this green line problem before oct when i see green line i searched about it there is so many content in the youtube and twitter their so many people have same problem aftet the update samsung completely denied it is not their problem but it is problem by their update its done cause everybody have same problem after update it is totally scam may be by samsung to loot peoples by repair display and buy new phone and one more thing oneplus have same isuue but i know who making oneplus displau one and only samsung their is same isuue like s21 fe as my phone so it's clear samsung fault but they are denying and ignoring for more earning by repairing cost and buy new phone
