My GalaxyI've been using this phone for a year and my warranty is over...recently updated the software and got the green line on the screen...my phone doesn't have any sort of damage as it's very important item for me...I'm hearing people talking about expensive screen replacement for phone for hardware issues which costs over 14k to 19k , which isn't from the customers side...I'm helpless what should I do? I need to repair my phone and I am responsible for the hardware issue to my utmost sincerity ( because I've heard customer care blaming it on user and asking too much fee for it ) I'm confused right now and the company needs to understand that because of hardware issues people can't spent huge amount money on replacement for the mistake they never did
It's highly concerning and I hope they give atleast a valid discount for the screen replacement if it's the only way to solve the issue
