 my Samsung Galaxy S23+, which has developed a vertical green line issue following a recent software update. I visited the authorized service center in Ambedkar nagar, but they declined the request solely due to the lack of a physical invoice. However, as the S23+ series was launched less than three years ago, my device is inherently within the 3-year eligibility window for the 'One-Time Free Replacement' policy in India. I request you to verify the warranty and eligibility via the device IMEI (Activation Date) and authorize the service center to proceed with the repair as a goodwill gesture, as there is no physical or liquid damage to the phone."

Visit to the same showroom from where you have purchased the device. You must carry along the essentials such as the original box and warranty card. You will have to specify the year and month of purchase. It would be better and faster if you remember the exact date as well. You might also be asked to disclose the IMEI code. After you have provided them with all these informations, they will print out a duplicate invoice which will be having the same validation.

Thereafter, visit to any official service centre and they will replace the display.
