Regarding secure folder

Dear Sir,

I have purachased samsung A31 in which i couldn't access secure folder on the very the first of purchasing. After that, i brought the phone to service cenrte and they updated it, afterwards it was enabled.

Now, again few days, at a sudden, it was disabled and after some hours, disappeared.

Kindly provide me the solution for this problem as i want to access my files stored in it.

Bro, if you bought your device via Samsung Finance, then you have to wait till your emi gets completed..after that it will get activated..

after completed EMI if there is any chances to get back our important things what we are stored
