Regarding secure folder

Dear Sir,

I have purachased samsung A31 in which i couldn't access secure folder on the very the first of purchasing. After that, i brought the phone to service cenrte and they updated it, afterwards it was enabled.

Now, again few days, at a sudden, it was disabled and after some hours, disappeared.

Kindly provide me the solution for this problem as i want to access my files stored in it.

or you turn on mobile data now

becuse last update samsung disable for all samsung finance plus user can't access secure folder till your emi is not finished samsung push this security
