Secure folder icon not showing and its disable

actually i am facing issue regarding secure folder it not working in my device ,but i can able to see that application in the device ,but its  showiing disable  for 10 days 

in my device ,,no software update is available in my device ,

samsung finance users cant use secure folder until and unless they complete their EMI

if you with Samsung finance + you can't enble secure folder till the emi is finished when your emi is finish you enble it.
