Please solve Samsung A50 network issue...i am facing this problem from the first day of using.still not solve network problem from Samsung team...now 1year i am using this phone..if your motive is just sell your phone then your company will finish soon....u r launching new phone every 3 to 6months....before new phone launching solve our problem first..20000 not small rupees to buy a smartphone...ur phone get heating issue, network issue,not camera 2 api enabled.....at least solve our network issue......

bro reswipe your sim from store other wise change your sim opreator by using port... try it works

We understand the inconvenience you have faced. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
  2. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode. Check device network in open area. Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

In case if the issue still persist, we would request you to please contact your network service provider.
