Hi Samsung Team and Community Members,

I am facing a persistent issue with my Galaxy F62. The display is flickering automatically without any physical damage. This is not a hardware issue, because I have already replaced the display once, but the same flickering problem started again after about 7 days.

Details:

Model: Galaxy F62

Last Security Update: 1st November 2024 (no update received since then)

Issue: Automatic screen flickering (comes and goes randomly)

Troubleshooting Tried:

Replaced the display (problem came back)

Restarted the device multiple times

Checked for software updates (none available)

It seems like this could be a software-related issue. Could you please help me with any solutions or confirm if an update is planned to fix this?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Go to Settings>Display>Adjust the brightness.

2. Try Safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

3. You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
