Hyderabadthe issue relates to the noise level of the unit. According to information on Zindagi.com, Samsung air conditioners are supposed to operate at an average noise level. However, the unit I purchased produces an excessive amount of noise, making it difficult to use in my living space. The noise is intrusive and disrupts my daily activities, which is unacceptable for a product in this category.
I have tried various troubleshooting steps recommended in the user manual and on your support website, but the problem persists. This suggests a potential defect or a discrepancy between the advertised performance and the actual performance of the unit.
I am seeking a resolution to this issue and would appreciate your prompt attention. Specifically, I request either a repair service to address the noise problem or a replacement unit that operates at the expected noise levels. If neither option is viable, I would like to discuss a refund for the purchase.
