Signal issue and wear app issue and other apps

After updating 1st January 2025 update there are number of issue with samsung galaxy s22 ultra signal issue some times when I try to lift income calls it takes 5 to 10 seconds to hear voice from other. Members app shows notification continues on display i try to close all apps but the notification shows on display.
I have attached screenshot for your knowledge.
Anyone facing the same issue let me know.
Solution for this without format please let me know.
