Unable to connect mobile signals in Galaxy M51. When I removed the SIM card and inserted in to OPPO mobile, the SIM card signals are showing and it's working. But in Galaxy M51 no signals showing and no calls are made. Phone diagnosis done but no use. Phone reset was done but no use. Even I did factory reset but no use. Finally came to know that there is no updates from Samsung for Galaxy M51 model. Hence the phone is no further usage and it can be thrown in dustbin. When I went for exchange , thery offer 2500 rupees for Galaxy M51. That is the value of Samsung mobiles.
The worst mobile I have never come across.
Even service centre persons are helpless for repair the Samsung galaxy M51 model.
The biggest cheater in the mobile section is Samsung mobiles.
Cheaters.. they looting customers by selling useless phones.
My mobile not working properly . Service center technician observe & repair eventhough am faced problem . Am a busy teacher if samsung till now not respond properly I ready to forward this video to my clg Student & parents am waited 4 months with patience but am lost my patience.

People are trusted the samsung that's why samsung is cheating very easily to their trusted customers. Now snapdragon is given manufacturing their chips to samsung on behalf of them. So that the issues will raised frequently with the chip and software issues. Don't buy samsung with snapdragon chip. You will face lots of problems it never unsolved.
