S24 ultra firmware update

Hello Samsung it's been a month that I purchased S24 ultra and we did not received single firmware update. It is unfair to say that you have launched an unfinished preproduction product in to the Market. Could you please release the update or we will sell the product and switch to another brand. At the same time we might have to file the legal suit for releasing the unfinished product

In the first place why did they released the unfinished product in to the market. Who are you to provide solution. Are you from Samsung. Why should we wait few more days to get the update. They released it already in Korea.
