Need help for enabling UHQ upscaler for better sound quality

( UHQ upscalar) I dont know what happened to this feature . First it said that connect headphones to the enjoy the feature . But i cannot acess the feature even after connecting my headphones? Can anyone help me or its a bug in UI?
