Hi Samsung Community,

I’m facing a green and pink line issue on the display of my Galaxy Z Flip 3, which I purchased in the USA. The problem started unexpectedly and has made the screen difficult to use.

Currently, I’m in India and would like to know:

  1. If Samsung India can provide support for this issue.
  2. Whether this problem is covered under warranty or if Samsung offers any free screen replacement programs for out-of-warranty devices, as I’ve heard similar cases have been resolved this way.
  3. What steps I can take to get my device repaired in India.

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, and I hope the company can provide a solution for what seems to be a widespread issue. Looking forward to guidance from the community and Samsung support.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Products's warranty is only applicable in the country from where the product was purchased. Since your product was purchased from abroad, repair will be on chargeable basis. We would request you kindly visit the service centre and they will provide you with information regarding the device issue after a physical inspection of your device according to Samsung guidelines.
