Z fold 6: Unable to buy Samsung care + post 3 days

Hey all,

I've got my Z fold 6 on 4th October, the agent never mentioned 3 day policy to purchase samsung care, I have been trying since last week to purchase the plan and it says no eligible plan available, I've called customer care for care+ and they bluntly say there is no other option right now as I have passed 3 day policy.

The support from samsung is of no use, they are pathetic and bluntly says they cannot help, I have bought top of the line device, their sales agent never bothered to educate me on this condition and now I'm stuck in cross roads.

In my device it still says stil says 17 days left to sign up. Attaching screenshot, can someone suggest what I do In this case.

The same happens with my S23U whenever i try to buy samsung care+
Ig it's because the device is in warranty already

I've called customer care ,talked to their manager, they just aren't trained to handle situations like these, they just say there is nothing they can do, absolutely nothing, a company of this stature having such poor support is really concerning, I might well move over to a different brand now that I have seen how support treat their premium customers
