I'm genuinely sorry to hear that you're experiencing frequent issues with your Flip 6, especially considering there's no physical damage. It's understandable that you're regretting your purchase. I can certainly appreciate how frustrating it is when a device you rely on isn't performing as expected, especially with a premium device like the Flip 6.

To help me understand the situation better, could you tell me a bit more about the issues you're encountering? For example:

What kind of issues are you experiencing frequently? (e.g., freezing, crashing, screen flickering, connectivity problems, battery drain, etc.) The more detail you can provide, the better.

When did these issues start occurring? Was it immediately after you bought the phone, after a software update, or after a specific event?

Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what steps have you taken?

In the meantime, here are a few general troubleshooting steps you could try:

Restart the phone: (You probably have already, but I have to suggest the basics!)

Check for software updates: Make sure your phone is running the latest version of One UI.

Clear the cache partition: This can sometimes resolve software glitches.

Safe Mode: Boot your phone into Safe Mode to see if the issues persist. If the problems disappear in Safe Mode, it suggests that a third-party app might be the culprit.

Check battery health.

Because you're experiencing frequent issues and regretting the purchase, the best course of action is to contact Samsung Support directly. Since you are experiencing issues frequently they will want to know. You can do this through the Samsung Members app (which allows you to send error reports and logs) or through the Samsung website. Explain the issues you're facing, when they started, and what troubleshooting steps you've already tried. This will help them diagnose the problem more quickly. Samsung Support will be able to determine if a repair, replacement, or other solution is necessary.

I know this is a frustrating situation, and I sincerely hope Samsung Support can resolve the issues with your Flip 6 quickly and efficiently. We value your business and want you to have a positive experience with our products.

Around 1 month. Device spontaneously entered into boot mode. Only thing i remember that at that time is battery was low. After that it was good for one week then again same issue even with normal battery levels. Have to force boot by pressing sode and power button 4 to 5 times. Worked nicely for 4 days after that same issue every 5 to 7 days. Tried factory reset but still the problem persists.
