Hi guys,

I am facing this issue since last 4-5 months, my samsung s22 ultra is heating very badly and reaches upto 41 deg. Temperature. I have no background apps running, no apps open, phone is optimised. but still it it's badly.

That's what i am thinking, so i am doing all the tests, but i was not expecting so much heating from a s22Ultra

S22 has got bad heating issue, as it's compact and encloses 8gen 1 and even calling for a while makes the phone quite warn. You can refer to youtube as it's covered by many youtuber, especially by gyan-therapy recently.

Yeah, heating issue and Samsung phones are synonyms

I have used 13-14 samsung smart phones in my life. Never find heating in my any phone till now. Yes normal heating issue was arrived in S22 plus when i purchased but after updates the problem is solved.

I have heating and battery issues, my battery won't last for more than 5 hrs. And today temperature rised upto 41 deg.

He is saying about S22 ultra not S22. Yes S22 is getting very hot but S22 plus and S22 ultra are normal. But don't know what happen to his device.

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them.
On the home screen swipe down the notification panel.
Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Decrease the screen brightness
If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness levels may cause the heating issue.

Close background running apps
When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device. This happens with most electronic devices (even computers/laptops), including the devices of other manufacturers. Close all applications not in use. This can be accomplished by using the recent application button located to the left of the home button.

Uninstall the unnecessary apps:
Too many apps installed on the device may cause the device heating issue. Uninstall the unnecessary apps if not using them.

Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions
Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue.

Usage of mobile phone when charging
Usage of a mobile phone when charging may cause heating issues. So we recommend you avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.
