Main screen half display black although touch works

Hi,

Suddenly my Samsung Galaxy fold half the main screen becomes black(left side). Although touch works perfectly for whole screen but half is black.

I have already done soft reset and also operate the device in safe mode.

What can be the cause of the issue because there is no physical damage or drop?
