I'm encountering an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 where the internet connection consistently disconnects whenever I receive or make a call using my Airtel SIM with 5G connectivity. I've attempted troubleshooting by switching between 5G, 4G, and even 3G networks, as well as toggling Wi-Fi calling settings, but the problem persists.I've searched extensively in the settings for any options related to maintaining internet connectivity during calls, such as volte or internet settings, but couldn't find anything relevant.
Also checked with Airtel customer care, they are saying issue is not from their side.

Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Turn on Vo5G. In jio 5G we are not facing this issue. This is issue from airtel's side.

Its an issue from their side only

1. Airtel doesn't allow 4g only or lte only option just like jio gives
2. Vonr ( just like volte for 4g vonr is for 5g ) is rolled out on very limited or doesn't rolled out ( as i didn't experienced but may be launched somewhere)

So sorry to say but you will not be able to use 5g internet while you are on call.

Is this fixed now? I'm also facing the same problem on my S24 Ultra. Airtel is my primary SIM for both voice and Data. I had a OnePlus before and never had any problem with mobile data during calls. But ever since I started using S24 Ultra, Truecaller is basically useless cuz data switches off whenever I get a call. I cant send or receive WhatsApp messages during a call. I'm always anxious while making UPI payments cuz if I get a call while making a payment, the transaction may fail. I've put the Airtel SIM in Sim1 slot and then moved it to Sim2 and now have e-SIM. I upgraded the software from OneUI 6.1.1 to OneUI 7 (Was really hoping it would fix the problem but it dint).

I need help on this
