Updated my fold 5 with one UI7 and after 10-15 days of Update the speaker, mic are not working. Phine displays a message of serious software issue detected. Customer care isn't able to diagnose the issue, and can't update the software because I have an international version of fold 5. Please help and guide about my next step. Can't just throw away the phone.

The customer care guys literally said your phone is useless now.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I did that, they even tool remote access and checked the phone. But they said it's all okay. However couldn't give any reason for the message being displayed
