Fold 4 black internal screen issue

Following a recent security patch update, my Fold 4 is malfunctioning. The internal screen has become unresponsive, displaying only a black screen despite audio continuing to play. The device subsequently restarts intermittently, while the external screen remains functional. Troubleshooting steps, including a factory reset, have been unsuccessful. What further diagnostic measures are recommended?

I had the same issue! It's not the display issue, it's just the flex cable which needs to be replaced!
I would suggest to get it done from a trusted mobile shop because Samsung would ask you to change the entire display instead of the cable! I got my phone fixed last month!

Is the touch working? For me the entire display was black and once the flex cable was changed it was fine! Just restart the device and open the phone a little and see if the entire display is working while restarting!

It happened suddenly service centre quote Rs.55k for the inner display

Yeah they told me the same thing! Flex cable's are only worth 2-3K!
First check if the entire display is working or no, check if the touch is working or no!
