Galaxy ZStep 1: Remove anything plugged into your phone such as adapters, chargers, selfie sticks, etc. Also, remove any third-party cases or screen protectors — basically anything that is in contact with your phone and could be causing interference.
Step 2: Disable Bluetooth by swiping down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Settings panel, then select Bluetooth to turn it off (it should be grayed out when off).
