Galaxy ZFollowing the most recent software update, my device has developed serious issues—specifically, display glitches and a failure to charge when the phone is folded.
I must emphasize that this device has been handled with extreme care. I recently spoke with the team at your authorized service center, who confirmed that the Z Flip 6 is a robust device and that complaints of this nature are very rare for this model.
Given this, it is clear that this is not a hardware failure caused by user mishandling, but a direct consequence of the software update. It is incredibly distressing to be in a position where a functioning, premium device is rendered faulty by an official update. As a customer, I should not be penalized for installing a recommended system update.
I am requesting your support to authorize a free inspection and repair/resolution for this unit, acknowledging that the fault lies with the software patch.
I trust Samsung will stand by the quality of its flagship products and resolve this fairly.
