Good Lock Home Up immediately going to home screen finder access is not working

I am on an app and then I go directly to home screen and swipe down for finder access, it is not working. 

However on the home screen if I wait for a second and then swipe down then the finder is working.

Attaching the video where I am showing both the scenarios.

Can someone from home up team confirm if they are aware of this and can they backlog this issue for the fix.

Home up version used: 15.0.01.19

For me there isn't any issue.
