I am not able to find this option anywhere in my phone although internet says the phone is wifi enabled.

Try this
1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen. These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
2. Navigate: Settings. > Connections > Advanced Calling.
3. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.Tap the Wi-Fi Calling switch (upper-right) to turn on or off .

Bro, wifi calling is network based feature and right now only jio and airtel are providing this feature.
