where is this feature ?

Galaxy Lab feature is gone in 7.0 update. I miss home screen content , all apps are easy to access from home screen like iphone.
Samsung hasn't remove that feature from OS, they just remove the options to turn it on.
When i updated from MM, initially home screen layout was as it is. but once i turn off that, it just disappear. (see screenshots)

is there any way to turn it back on ?
