Samsung is busy with their new flagship product S9 & X.. it's a common thing that when a new flagship product arrives it's come along with new OS, so new flagship product may release on April or May 2018. and the question is, s8, 8+, Note 8 will not get any update? answer is yes & that's Nougat 7.1.1/2 at December'17 or January'18. And Oreo update will be available next year(2018) July or August. so till then wait and be happy with Nougat new version. sorry to say, it's a business strategy and Samsung have to beat iphone & Huawei and doing business, no matter what existing customers want. ones you buy their product, you will have to carry on.
