unable to place any outgoing call from my matrix SIM in Singapore

I am unable to place any out going call from my matrix SIM in Singapore incoming and data is working but unable to call any numbet and same SIM is working in other device like Nokia.. please help I'm unable to use my phone here in Singapore.. please let me know if I need to do any settings changes...

Is your S7E is new phone bought in India? If yes, did you use it to make calls for a minimum of five minutes?

it's not new it's almost 7months i was using it.. in India it workes but now here in Singapore with Matrix SIM it's not working...

Do a factory reset / put your Matrix SIM card in slot 1 / check with another Matrix SIM / see if another network SIM works.

tried this as well but still same issue.. and same matrix SIM is working in other handset...

Did you try another Matrix SIM in your S7E?

yes last to last month when I was in Singapore that time i was having different matrix SIM even that time it didn't worked i thought it may be service provider issue.. but this time I figured it as it's handset issue and not the service provider...

Try with other service provider's SIMs (other than Matrix).

Check the phone dialer settings if any restrictions are placed.

If you still cannot make calls, though you can receive calls and data transmission is fine, I would conclude that there is some technical problem with your S7E.
