true 5g not working in s21 fe 5g

i am trying to use true 5g offer by jio but myjio app giving me message that phone is not compatible  with this phone what should i do now .. everything  i updated software

Wait for the update or follow that step so you avail jio 5g on s21fe.. I already use jio 5g on my s21fe..
