Jio True 5G not working while Airtel 5G works fine with Galaxy S21 FE 5G

My colleagues are enjoying Jio 5G welcome offer while i was the first to get Jio 5G Welcome offer, It's been over 20+ days Jio 5G has launched in my City, but still I'm unable to get 5G network in my Galaxy S21 FE 5G. Samsung do something or give us full refund.

I don't think this is a Samsung issue.. Its from ur network provider.. If this a device problem then airtel also won't work..
