trouble in network

My mobile internet speed is always slow compare to other people get better speed than me .

Pubg is not opening because of bad network 

I'm stuck with that

conduct ur network provider and ask to share ur mobile model internet configuration setting. once u receive update that and use. hope this will help.

I called and say about this problem but no response 😕😕

please reset your access point name setting...settings-->connections-->mobile networks-->access point names-->select data SIM and reset to default in more(3 dots) icon.

I hv a50 . really more lagging in pubg. for smooth play I take hotspots to my frnd. self network speed is very poor.☹

so,better try with another network like airtel to confirm nw or handset issue...
