5g to 4g switch issue

Just bought s23fe using jio 5g sim but after using some times 5g network get changed to 4g network then switch back to 5g after some time .already did evevery possible things which I can do 

Even tried to change mobile operators but it getting crashed on scanning or switching off automatically scan thing 

I don't know what to do now please help me out this trouble 


P.S already had 2 5g Phones from different manufacturers didn't got any issue regarding 5g and 5g works smoothly 

I had this sim in 4g phone before inserting in samsung is it the reason behind this or not ?

Update - i think problem is when phone heats then phone itself turnoff the 5g and switches to 4g is there any setting by which I can turn off this

Do you get this issue after calls or any random moment?
Check if you're getting option in mobile networks for VoNR (Voice over 5G), it's not available in all 5G areas, try enabling it and check status bar for Vo5G instead of VOLTE/VoWifi as calls are usually routed via 4G. I have Vo5G but still calls go through 4G.

Also Jio has updated plans for unlimited 5G for more expensive plans.
Either network is not strong or maintenence is happening which could explain frequent switch between cellular bands

Network is stronger in my area and my plan is also having 5g but still switching to lte+ from 5g

Issue is not occurring over phone call it getting randomly

Mention this to Jio Care on X and try resetting network settings along with resetting APN settings to default. Maybe it could help.

Already did reseted apn and network setting let me try phone 5g in other area

Do talk with jio customer care and ask for reason. Lodge a complaint if necessary

It depends on area. At my old home i was facing same problem like you. But now i live in another city new home. Here it is showing always 5G
