I have just bought a new Samsung s24 Ultra phone 11 days . Since four days of buying the phone, the phone is overheating. After talking on WhatsApp for video call 15 to 20 minutes, the temperature of the mobile phone becomes 41 degrees Celsius. And the body temperature becomes 55° 60°. What can I do now? Can anyone give me some advice? please

First, do battery saving mode because it makes the processor work less efficiently and will not affect your use of the device. Second: Enter the processor from the control panel and set it to light performance Third: Close the location if not used because it affects the battery and causes excessive heat Fourth: Set the screen brightness to automatic mode Fifth, turn off Bluetooth if not in use. Sixth, stop syncing data and make it only when connected to Wi-Fi. Finally, go to adjust the connection. Further adjust the connection and stop searching for printers. Then try to use dark mode because it reduces screen heat and reduces eye strain and battery consumption. Then go to adjust the screen and make it medium quality because you will not notice the difference between the quality unless you zoom in on the images, which will reduce battery consumption. Finally enter Device Care and stop apps in the background

I hope that helps. Try not to talk on the phone at the external temperature because this increases the phone's temperature and consumes the battery.
