When i am listening to music or watching videos and in between when i receive any notification from whatspp or whatsapp call or even normal call my media audio is muted and i have to restart my device to solve this problem. It's happening like every single day.
Anyone else who face this problem? Or any solutions?
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone.
2. Check device volume settings if its full or not.
3. Check mute all sound option Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
