Galaxy SBest way to avoid screen burn in is...
1. Use gestures instead of navigation buttons.
2.Use dark mode.
3.Use dark color wallpapers or change ur wallpapers once in a while.
4. Dont use a particular app for long hours which has fixed tabs like instagram/Facebook/Games.
TO CHECK DEAD/BURNED PIXELS.... GO TO DIALER AND DIAL *#0*#
White screen will appear and u will see burned pixels.

Galaxy STry taking a picture though other phone.
You can share the screenshot to 2nd phone and you will notice that screen burn is not in 2nd phone when you open that screenshot on it.
