I have one plus buds is working fine before few months. I am updated both one plus buds and mobile s23 ultra. Facing problem in sound in all videos which are in whatsapp or in any OTT plateform. I am also went to one plus service center but not found any solution. I think after few updates in mobile this problem is occurred. Please help,

You should always use the same brand, man both. Better use galaxy buds 2 pro no such issues occur.
