S7 edge had the one time screen replacement, now note 8 has the offer. Why did you skip the offer for this the s8 and s8 plus? My glass shattered which you claim it's a gorilla 5 and it's strong and sturdy, it's merely like that dvd discs. The glass had turned to powder on the edges and several cracks on the screen as it just fell from a 5 feet height. I had to pay 13,550 for the screen for my s8, when one of your representatives on the phone promised me that the screen is free. And why I am being charged for labour charges? Are you here to fool people? I have the call reference number too.(#3706545634) The agent said that don't worry, it's free, go to the service center and get it replaced, when I went there, the arrogant care representatives said the offer is not available and asked me to pay the amount. samsung gave this offer of one time screen replacement in note5 as well. But i dnt undrstnd y dey stopped for s8 or s8+ and started again in note8.

yes I agree with you the terms and conditions should be same for every handset they release. You should definitely get a reimbursement. I had my s7 edge screen replaced for free on the 21st day after purchasing the phone coz it had black horizontal lines all over the screen. I should have gotten a new handset instead of replacing the screen of my newly bought phone. This is unfair.
