Bro, its available
Go to gallery
click on any photo
select edit
now here you will find stickers or stamps option, click on that
select Samsung stamp and if you want date stamp..select that too..

Note: Time stamp is not there, also it's a manual process, there is no specific tab to add watermark..👍

if you really want to get watermark in galaxy s10,then follow this steps👉open camera..open ar Emoji and from there you can find watermark..but you have to click it from there only..
