There seems to be an option to show charge level while the phone screen is off. No matter what I do, it just doesnt work on the S10+ at all now (used to work, now broken).
I toggled the option under display and nothing seems to fix it.
Hi thank you for replying. Power saving is managed by the device (adaptive) and at the moment its currently not active. Still shows no charge status when the screen is off.
The feature is broken and needs to be fixed by Samsung. I wonder if there is anyone from Samsung here seeing my post?
In this case go to Samsung Members home screen and select Get Help at the bottom of the screen for assistance or visit the nearest Samsung service centre 😀
