problem in screen

i have  buy samsung s10 plus use it 3 days last day i was calling some one then i see a blink dot on screen on top side where bettry show %i have check again but the dot is no and off i have attached a short video .please samsung must check it.and fix this isue asap.

its a proximity sensor under the display.. don't worry about that
