The update that had come earlier for the auto focus issue it was heating up the phone
Sumsung downgraded the software to solve that issue
After the latest update the same issue has arised where the phone really heats up when using the camera
Samsung community members say the problem is with the exynos chipset that we are using that really heats up
Samung has given us exynos in the uae region and the chip is no match for the snapdragon
After paying such a high price for the s20 ultra we don't expect this kinda quality
Samsung has to uo their game and do something for their customers

I'm using samsung S20 ultra since 4 years now. After a firmware update, the camera focus stopped functioning. Is this a strategy to force customers to buy latest devices? I'm happy with the device and need to solve the issue. This is a common issue and appreciate a solution

We want to extend our apologies for the issue you are currently facing with the camera focusing feature on your device.
To address the camera focusing issue, we recommend following these steps:

Open the camera app on your device.
Access the camera settings within the app.
Look for the option to reset the camera settings and select it.
Additionally, we suggest clearing the cache of the camera app to ensure optimal performance:

Go to your device's settings.
Select "Apps" or "Applications."
Locate the camera app in the list of installed apps and select it.
Access the "Storage" option.
Choose "Clear Cache."
After performing these steps, please check if the camera focusing issue is resolved. If the problem persists, we recommend visiting your nearest service center. Our certified technicians will be able to provide a comprehensive assessment and the necessary support to resolve the issue.
