not getting one ui 2.0 update

It's already February but my device haven't received any one ui 2.0 update yet as promised by the samsung, while others are getting already from january.

Can anybody explain that??

uae is cheaper than India. And security patches DO NOT have any major change. They just fix few bugs which most people dont even notice. Stop complaining ffs
