Why samsung not releasing another update for samsung s22 ultra..?

I updated my s22 ultra to one ui7 before few weeks ago . Now my phone is behaving so ridiculous... basic functions like wifi Bluetooth not working normally and otp messages from the banks also getting so late and much more functions stopped working... what i do now ? I can't make a restore of my device .. because there is lots of very important data inside... please 🙏 solve those issues .. I'm using samsung devices since 20011.. this is the 1st time I'm facing so bad about samsung..

Hello. I use the S22 Ultra and everything's working perfectly. Samsung has also released the June 2025 update. See the following link:

I suggest you start backing up your data for a possible reset. It may take a while but you'll eventually complete it. Then do a reset to see if everything's ok, or take it to an authorised service centre.

Kindly try these steps in order :

1. Force restart by pressing “volume down key + power” button until the device reboot. After reboot below action.
2. Settings – Apps - One UI Home – Storage - Clear data.
3.. Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Reset.
