Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. Your device may loose reception, when you are in areas with weak signals or poor reception. To overcome this, move to another area and try again. Your device may popup a message on display of weak signals or poor reception. So select mobile networks by manually under option Menu>>setting >>mobile networks >>Search by manual.
