mic is not working while recording

mic is not working in default voice recording app as well as its not working in any thirdparty app like Whatsapp,Snapchat,messenger ,etc.
But its work perfectly on a call ..!
what should i do ..help me out please :'(

Check permissions, if still doesn't work, take a backup and perform a factory reset.
