how do we stop the predictive text to change automatically. After Nougat lot of settings are difficult to change

General Setting --> Language --> Virtual Language and stop auto correct

We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that you can turn off predictive text of keyboard under option setting >>Language and Input >>Samsung keyboard>>setting >>Predictive text >>disable.
