jio not working

jio sim not working unable to make calls. phone is brought from UAE. firmware is updated to latest.nougat. please help

I am also use jio sim on s7 edge withgout any problem brought from gulf
1= Maybe Your Sim is Croupt try to use other jio sim.
2=Was your sim internet working or you may only not make call.
if this was a problem try to

2= if this was a problem try to use( jio 4g voice) app from play store this was only for jio user or For that who,s device does not have VOLTE support .
because most devices from other countries not support VOLTE.

You should change the firmware to get it working. Flash the INS firmware to activate VOLTE.

Jio simcard works only in phones purchased in India. To make calls from your Jio sim card in your UAE purchased phone, all you have to do is install 'JIO 4G Voice' app
